<p>You&#8217;ll want it to be liquid when you take it. DON&#8217;T heat it up in the microwave to liquify it. Instead, plug up a sink and set the jar in hot water for a few minutes. You will then want to scoop out 1 tablespoon of the liquid coconut oil and swallow it whole by itself. Do this on an empty stomach, twice a day. I prefer you use the times between breakfast and lunch&#8230; AND&#8230; the times between lunch and dinner.</p>
<p>Now, before you go out and buy this I want to be perfectly clear to you. This product doesn&#8217;t work for EVERY woman who uses it. It does work for a majority, but not everyone. Why&#8230; I don&#8217;t know.</p>

<p>I consider fish oil pills the #1 supplement out of all supplements. <p>It is well known that new acne patients typically have low blood levels of the antioxidants vitamin A and E. Yet, only some dermatologists recommend supplementation to their patients that have the condition. Even fewer recognize the fish oil skin benefits and suggest that supplement, too. Dietary factors of another kind are believed to play a role in acne. The consumption of simple carbohydrates (white bread, rice, flour and sugar) has been linked to an increase in lesions and pimples. </p>
<p>Diets with a low glycemic index have been shown to improve the condition. But, dermatologists rarely suggest dietary changes, even though consumption of simple carbs contributes to obesity, heart disease, type II diabetes and cellular aging throughout the body. They even cause wrinkles. </p>
